A communication member of the opposition party, National Democratic Congress, Eric Asamoah, has urged the Electoral commission to stop beating the war drum.

He said this in a statement he released on Tuesday 9th June 2020.

According to him, the action of EC which in the end will disenfranchise over 10million Ghanaians will end us practicing One party state in our democratic part of the world.

The legal defense of the EC brings in question the legitimacy of our sitting president and the members of parliament.

Ghanaians must resist this new voter register and stop EC from beating the war drum
