The GH¢2,000,000 that is dedicated to helping alleviate the poverty of the people is an obvious scam by a “sakawa” boy (government).
Let no one make a mistake by thinking that the money belongs to the President or the NPP. The money is for you and I.
The money was allocated for the purposes of subsidizing utility bills thus, serving as a panacea to the suffering meted out to innocent Ghanaians by this novel and chronic disease called COVID -19 we are battling with.
If such monies were supposed to be expended by all electricity consumers and you claim some people cannot enjoy it because they are not qualified, where does their money go to?
How can any reasonable and sensitive government use the month of March as the benchmark for enjoying this benefit?
I think the NPP and Nana Addo should go back to the former President, John Dramani Mahama to learn precisely what he proposed and advised them to do because he proposed this, so knows better.
So government officials must explain to us why some of us can’t benefit from our own money.
If I am using prepaid meter and the power has not finished, why should I go and buy? It is obvious that this NPP party has a satanic, diabolic, devilish hidden motive to prevent some people from enjoying what they are due.
Indeed, if they prevent many people from enjoying it, they would get enough money into their pockets. I want to assure the government officials that, we those who can’t enjoy it are CURSING THEM already.
I bought power in May, you said I couldn’t enjoy it because I didn’t buy power in March. I bought it again in June and you said I cannot enjoy it again. So when am I benefiting from the government subsidy?
How on earth can a good thinking government give such directives? NPP and Nana Addo should remember that Ghanaians taxes don’t belong to them alone but all.
This scam and 419 cannot continue. The ineptitude behavior of our leaders cannot persist. Ghanaians are suffering.
