The nation’s number one fast food chain, Papaye Fast Food Limited, has opened a new branch at Awudome in the Greater Accra Region.

At the ceremony to inaugurate the new branch, the Chief Executive Officer, Mr Devine Kwadwo Asiedu, said the new branch would serve as a total food solution to the people of Awudome and its environs.

“Consumers will have the opportunity to access world-class facilities, excellent service delivery, and customer service”, he said.

He explained that the company’s vision is to transform the food industry in the country by providing quality food in hygienic conditions and in an environmentally friendly manner.

“All entrepreneurs must fulfil their tax obligations and should explore more investments options as that is a key strategy for excelling in your businesses “, he encouraged.

The Executive Chairman of the company, Dr Samir Karmoni, said the Awudome branch is the sixth branch added to the Tesano, Spintex road, Tema, and Osu, lapaz branches.

He hinted on the company’s intention to open another branch at Hatso by the end of 2019, to bring its services to the doorstep of its customers around Haatso and its environs, and also provide more job opportunities for the youth.

The Deputy Greater Accra Regional Minister Hon. Elizabeth Sackey echoed the government’s aggressiveness of creating an enabling environment for private businesses to grow in cycle with the country’s national development agenda in the quest to improve the living condition of the ordinary Ghanaians.

She therefore urged businesses in the country to take advantage of the sound economic foundations the government is putting in place to guarantee good returns on investment and commended Management of Papaye Fast Food Ltd for their immense efforts in complementing government’s efforts at creating avenues for job creation for the youth as well as the growing the hospitality industry.

According to her, industrialization and the hospitality industry is one of 
the government’s major strategies for economic development and would do all it can to encourage public-private sector collaboration to achieve 
the government’s dream.

The Deputy Regional Minister also used the occasion to entreat management to put in a conscious effort to assure staff of good working condition and welfare believing it will make them more productive to achieve the purpose of its establishment.
