Pink FM’s News anchor, Emmanuel Appiah Aidoo know on the radio as Akyenkwaa Nana has won the 2020 edition of the just ended Central Media Awards.

The program which was held on Sunday 2nd February 2020, at Odehye hotel in Kasoa saw many media practitioners, nominees and their supporters.

Akyenkwaa Nana trampled over Tang Solomon – Arise Fm, Kofi Tease – Splash Fm, Abusuapanyin Kojo Ahinful- Hope Fm, Obi Kaakyire Fiifi Okyere – Nyce Fm, Honam pe Adwuma – Coastal FM, Annefi Kokooto – Kingdom Fm, Cape Coast to emerged as the winner.

ABOUT AKYENKWAA NANA

Emmanuel Appiah Aidoo is his name and a native of Akyem Aboabo in the Eastern Region.

He started his basic education at Salvation Army Primary and completed his JHS at El Shaddai JHS.

He then furthered his education at Salvation Army Senior High School at Akim Wenchi in Eastern Region.

He was then trained as a Media practitioner at Pink Media College in Kasoa and currently a news anchor at Pink Fm after his attarchment with the station.

Speaking to SOKY NEWS Oheneba Kwabena Yeboah, Akyenkwaa Nana said his aim is to impact the society with the great things God has placed in him.

He then dedicated his award to his Mum and Dad (Adwoa Serwaa and Kwadwo Acquah) as he calls them.
